- What PRINCE2 is ?
A scalable and agile project management method provided by the English Office of Government Commerce (OGC) through the APMG Group, an independant organisation.
Prince2 is used over 180 countries in the world and was made from experience of professioinnal Project Managers in order to enhanced best pratices delivered from experiences. Prince2 can be used for any type and size of projects (telecom, engineering, IT, sales, marketing...) and define a set of responsabilities to the project team by also to the organisation in order to provide communication and control also at the management level. Prince2 is a certified and repeatable methodology able to deliver products and benefits to the organisation instead of activities and tasks to do. PRINCE2 methodology is focusing on Business case, organization, plans, progess, Quality, Risk and Change management.
